About weaver
In a world driven by technology, we believe innovation should start with understanding and end with impact. Our data and AI solutions are designed to adapt, evolve, and empower companies and their workforces. We work at the intersection of intelligence and intuition, building ethical, scalable technologies that unlock opportunity and drive sustainable growth.
Weaver is a data and AI company specialising in Azure-centric solutions, offering both professional services and product development. Our focus is on delivering scalable, efficient, and enterprise-grade AI and data solutions, helping businesses unlock the full value of their data and products that accelerate productivity, meet business critical need and future proof business practices.
The founders created Weaver after repeatedly seeing companies increase investment in cloud-based AI and data-driven decision-making, yet struggle with integration, governance, and scaling data and AI solutions. Weaver bridges this gap. Our solutions are designed primarily for mid-sized to large enterprises with complex brownfield infrastructures. We also support smaller businesses with growth ambitions.

Charlene Brown is the Products Director at Weaver.
Focussing on the product development part of Weaver, Charlene brings over 15 years of experience across legal strategy, organisational culture, risk, ethics, and human systems. Now driving product development at the intersection of AI, data, and human behaviour, Charlene ensures that innovation is grounded in empathy, ethics, equity, and real-world impact.
With a unique background in investigations, dispute resolution, and diversity, equity, equality, and inclusion (DEEI), Charlene leads with a focus on designing technologies that reflect and respect the complexity of human experience. She has advised global organisations on responsible practices related to bias, trust, fairness, whistleblowing, and psychological safety; all vital to building ethical, scalable AI solutions.
Charlene’s work spans global investigations and strategic advisory in cases involving discrimination, misuse of data, abuse of power, and misconduct, providing deep insight into the social risks of digital systems and the necessity of embedding ethical guardrails into product design. She is a trained mediator and mental health first aider, skilled in trauma-informed interviewing and navigating sensitive, high-stakes environments with care and precision.
Charlene integrates her legal, ethical, and cultural expertise into every stage of product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring AI and data products are inclusive, compliant, and trusted by the communities they serve. She is a strong advocate for transparency, explainability, and co-design, leading cross-functional teams to create tools that work with people, not just for them.
