Prohibited Uses

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. 

You may not use our site:

  • In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
    For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

You also agree:

  • Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of our Website Terms and Conditions.
  • Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
    • Any part of our site;
    • Any equipment or network on which our site is stored;
    • Any software used in the provision of our site; or
    • Any equipment, network or software owned or used by any third party.

Interactive Services

We may from time to time provide interactive services on our site, including, without limitation:

  • Chat rooms.
  • Bulletin boards.

Where we do provide any interactive service, we will provide clear information about the service offered, whether it is moderated, and what form of moderation is used.

We will assess risks for users from third parties and decide whether moderation is appropriate. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate interactive services and exclude liability for loss or damage arising from their use in breach of content standards.

Where we moderate an interactive service, we will normally provide a means of contacting the moderator.

We do not permit use of our website by children (under the age of 16).

Content Standards

These standards apply to all material contributed to our site (Contribution), and to any associated interactive services. The standards apply in spirit and letter to each part of a Contribution as well as to its whole.

  • Promote violence or discrimination.
  • Infringe copyright, database right or trade mark.

  • Deceive or breach legal duties.
  • Promote illegal activity.
  • Be in contempt of court.
  • Threaten, abuse or invade privacy.
  • Harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy.
  • Impersonate or misrepresent identity.
  • Give false impression of association with Weaver.
  • Incite or assist unlawful acts or terrorism.
  • Contain advertising or promote services or links.

Breach of this policy

When a breach occurs, we may take action deemed appropriate, including: 

  • Temporary or permanent withdrawal of site access.
  • Removal of Contributions.
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Legal action for reimbursement of costs.
  • Disclosure to law enforcement as required.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to policy breaches. The actions listed are not exhaustive.

Applicable law

If you are a consumer, this policy and its formation are governed by English law. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a business, this policy and any non-contractual disputes are governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of England and Wales.
